After a light till of a few rows, Marisa planted a few different varieties of potatoes. And bean frames are in position for planting in a few weeks.

Marisa also moved the rheubarb plants to a raised bed and covered them in wool. The garlic is looking good with a new layer of straw and a bit of compost to keep them insulated as temperatures are still near freezing at night.

And we started spreading wood chips down the centre aisle running east-west which will help keep grass low and even out the ground which has some ruts from the tractor and pipe trenching a couple years ago.
